If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee of $7.50 is imposed by the delivery party.

If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee of $14.50 imposed by your local delivering party.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Refunds will only be given in the event of defective items. We will not refund in the event of change of mind or incorrect quantity ordered. Once your order has been paid for on our website, we cannot cancel your order. Claims for defective products must be made within 14 days of receipt of your product. For all defect claims, please email hello@friendlymascots.com.au (with your order number, full name, image of the defect and full description) prior to returning your parcel. Friendly Mascots will not accept returned claims without prior authorisation.
